I'm Ed Blaber, a motivated and passionate personal trainer based in
Chelmsford, Essex. I have a lifelong background in gymnastics and fitness,
gaining a Guinness World Record - and a Blue Peter badge!

 

I bring energy and knowledge to every session and aim to make each session fun and enjoyable whilst pushing you towards your goals. 

 

Whether you want to improve your body composition, lose fat, increase strength, increase your flexibility or improve your fitness, I can help you achieve your goals.
