group training

Group training for 2-4 people will incur a £5 per session supplement on the prices listed above.

Groups of 5 or more will be charged at a separate agreed rate.

training programme

Entry level (inc 2 sessions) £100

Initial consultation, Outline objectives, Exercise outline, Goal Setting and orientation, Walkthrough of programme, 45 minute session

 

4-6 week review and revision £50

 

Bespoke training programmes are available on request. Costs variable depending on individual requirements, periodisation, level of expertise etc
